Norbert’s love for strategic marketing spans more than forty years and began in graphic design, where he interned with Manfred Hepperle—a pioneer of corporate identity and co-founder of a leading German advertising agency. One of the most lasting lessons from that time was the concept of creating tension: the deliberate use of contrast, restraint, and unresolved elements to capture attention and invite engagement. That early experience shaped his belief that great marketing doesn’t shout; it pulls.

He later combined this creative foundation with academic rigor, studying International Marketing (DHBW) and earning advanced degrees in General Management (Berlin School of Economics), and Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (LMU Munich). His education is complemented by certifications in Behavioral Economics (Yale, Harvard), Agentic AI (Harvard Data Science Initiative), and Rory Sutherland’s MAD/Masters program.
